I lied. I said I was going to do an obsession "everyday for the next five days." Well...my job got in the way, so did my social life, and so did getting sick.

I promise to continue tomorrow with a new obsession article. But for now...before I go to sleep...I wanted to make something clear.

I WANT TO START A BAND.

I was a choir kid all my life. I loved choir, I would be in a choir now if I could find one that wasn't attached to a church or old people or kids. I adore singing and dancing in groups; it moves me, it makes life swell, and I get a rush!

And this video I have posted here is EXACTLY the type of band I want to start. It ties in my love of good music and choir music. It is hip, it is fun, and it is inclusive to all sorts of people. Problem is, I don't (yet) know any instruments and I don't really know how to construct a tune. I probably could write a few lyrics though.

SO I AM CALLING OUT TO ALL MY FRIENDS, to join me in a choir band. I'll even learn an instrument if you let me sing in a group of cardigan wearing fun people.

We will be a hit, I promise. I am seriously serious about this. I swear to effing god.
